Sirloin Steak

A versatile cut of steak that is not like the tough and bland steaks you get in the store.  These superior cuts of steak are great by themselves on the grill, cut into fajita meat and one of Dan's secrets is to grill a large sirloin and cut it up and add it to chili!  A meaty and a hint of grill in your chili is just what you need on those cold winter days.
