Tbone Steak

A classic American favorite from the cowboy days.  Taste the difference and enjoy it off the grill.  Perfectly marbled and ready for that baked potato.  

Grill on high heat, 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes on each side, let rest for 5 minutes and let the juices and flavor come out of the meat.  Some simple Salt and Pepper, flip twice and down the hatch.  

You can get a good look at a Tbone by sticking your head up a bulls ass, but wouldn't you rather take the farmers word!
