Whole Chicken

Chickens are only sold as part of a Flock Share.  To participate you must join the flock share and we will raise chickens for you.  You are the owner of these chickens.  We will process these birds on farm for you.  This is customer butchering and this falls under an exemption from MDARD and USDA.  Our chickens will be processed in small batches that mitigate cross contamination in a large chicken killing facility.  Cleaner and Healthier Chicken is our goal for you! 

Pasture Raised and Rotationally Graze Chickens  These chickens are put on pasture after 3-4 weeks and moved twice a day, given cold clear water and allowed to scratch the ground and eat bugs, grass and enjoying the sunshine and fresh clean air gives a flavor and healthy nutritional benefits.  Chickens that taste like chicken and full of flavor and healthy benefits.  Great when roasted in the oven, seasoned and cooked on the grill or the smoker.
